Our Fourth Meeting of TWBA - Thank You to Members & Guests!

Thanks to all who attended out Total Wellness Business Alliance meeting on Monday, July 26th. We had a great group of natural health professionals join us. Nice to see new faces as well as familiar faces. It's exciting to meet new people in the industry. So much to learn and to share!

We had a very engaging speaker, Stephanie Slavin, who has been an advocate for natural health and natural health remedies for over 25 years, and whose insights into health, wealth and happiness held us captive and enlightened us. I believe everyone felt that they benefited from her presentation! Thank you Stephanie.

The Board of Directors were introduced to the group, and I will introduce them here also.

• BETTY REYNOLDS, a Certified Business and Life Coach at the Center for Wealth and Well-Being, is our VP of Membership. She outlined membership details for the group and is the go-to person regarding membership questions and concerns. She does a phenominal job and we're privileged to have her with us.
• ALAN CLARK, with the Charlotte Business Journal, is our VP of Marketing. We are excited to have him on board to help market and brand our group. He has many Charlotte connections, and we feel he is a perfect fit for this position!
• VICKIE BUNZEY, owner of Your Balanced Lifestyle is a Certified Health Coach and is our new VP of Education. She will be responsible for providing educational speakers for our group, as well as providing interesting topics for discussion. We are equally excited to have her on board.
• JESSICA BEANDO is the Regional Director for PNC and oversees a number of groups in the Charlotte area. She will partner with Vickie in the VP of ED role, as well as provide outside events for the group to participate in. To have her directly involved with our group is a bonus for us and will be a big help to all of us. She is a distributor an Anti-Aging Expert with NuSkin Enterprises.

We look forward to our next meeting on Monday, August 9th. Hope you can join us! Visitors can attend for free twice before deciding to join!

Welcome to Total Wellness Business Alliance

Total Wellness Business Alliance is made up of a group of natural health professionals who understand the power of coming together and learning more about each other's profession and sharing our knowledge regarding a variety of health topics and concerns. This includes, Chiropractors, Reiki Masters, Massage Therapists, Distributors of natural health products, Nutritionists, Acupuncturists, Microscopists, Herbalists, Anti-Aging Experts, Life Coaches and Naturopaths to name a few.

Individually, we hold a piece of the wellness puzzle, but collectively, we create a holistic picture of wellness. This means that, by coming together and sharing our expertise, we can become a more complete resource for our clients and patients. It also opens the opportunity for each of us to be referred to a much broader audience by other trusted health professionals. Everyone benefits. This is the premise behind the development of this group.

We meet the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month from 11:30am - 1:00pm at the beautiful Water Oak Conference Center in the Oak Hill Business Park off Arrowood Rd. near the freeway. The address is 8720 Red Oak St. - Charlotte, NC 28217. Lunch is optional, and there is a convenient cafe just down the hall from the Conference Room for anyone who would like to pick up something to bring into the meeting. Bringing lunch from somewhere else or a bag lunch is fine as well.
